I'm serious this is really good. I love the way the eye stands out and your choice of colors is great(especially the eye). it feels like everything flows together and the proportion is really good. my main point is that the pencil marks are a little obvious. also personally i would shade the nose a little bit differently and the skin on the right side of the face is a little red and yellow, almost like you were rushing a little. in general i think this is fantastic and i hope you keep improving and I can see more of your work! keep practicing!
