it's super outdated, immature, etc...
Except I don't know what to change it to 
I was thinking just "ElenaOlshinArts" but that's pretty boring
suggestions?

Personally I like having as many usernames matching as possible, so I'd go with EchappeElena here, too. Deviantart's an art site, so you don't necessarily need to put anything arty in the username, though you could go with EchappeElenaDraws or something like that.
